Microsoft
As Art Director within Microsoft’s Partner Marketing as a Service (PMaaS) program, I led the design and creative execution of over 150 B2B marketing campaigns for international partners across technology, consulting, and enterprise services.
These campaigns, delivered as modular Package 1 and Package 4 kits, included a consistent suite of assets:
-
Organic and paid social media posts
-
Responsive landing pages
-
Webinar registration emails
-
Ebook download/purchase flows
-
Datasheets, infographics, pitch decks, and banners
My role was to balance Microsoft’s global brand guidelines with each partner’s unique identity, ensuring campaigns were both on-brand and locally relevant. I collaborated with partners such as Wortell, Xerox, Advania, Quadbridge, Netrix Global, DataArt, LTIMindTree, Blue Yonder + Snowflake, Palo Alto, among many others.
Key contributions included:
-
Localization: Adapted campaigns into multiple languages (German, Italian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Norwegian) in close partnership with native-speaking collaborators, ensuring cultural accuracy and clarity.
-
AI-assisted workflows: Used AI tools to generate concept visuals and placeholder imagery, accelerating ideation and alignment during early campaign phases.
-
Agile delivery: Managed 15-day sprints with structured rounds of concept, refinement, and finalization — achieving high partner satisfaction and consistent delivery at scale.
-
Collaboration: Designed all assets in Figma, enabling responsive execution, systematized adaptation, and seamless teamwork with distributed, multilingual teams.
This work contributed to stronger lead generation, co-brand alignment, and digital engagement, reinforcing Microsoft’s reputation while empowering global partners to launch impactful campaigns with speed and consistency.
